December 27th 2026 – January 2nd 2027
A New Year’s journey of deep transformation and community celebration at Durga’s Tiger School in Ecuador. Through Tantra Yoga, Shamanic practices, Plant Medicine Ceremonies, Temazcal, dance, Cacao, ecstatic movement, connection with the Earth and time in nature, we will create a space to listen deeply and explore what is ready to transform. Metamorphosis is a journey into the dark unknown – learning to let go, trust the process, and make space for something new to emerge. To meet this deep inner process in a balanced way, it is essential to invite enough safety, support and resources. And so, along the way, we will also be connecting with light, joy and celebration. Together, in community, we will welcome the New Year, honour where we have been, make space for what is emerging, and celebrate the gift of being alive!

* The sacred Yagé / Ayahuasca medicine is shared in alignment with the tradition of the A’í-Cofán people of the Ecuadorian Amazon, with deep respect for their ancestral wisdom and with the blessing and authorization of master shaman Don Avelino Quenama. *
Where?
Located in Tumbaco, Ecuador, on the slopes of the sacred Ilaló volcano, Durga’s Tiger School is a unique space where Tantra, Yoga, Art and Shamanism come together. Surrounded by the beauty of the Andes, with natural-material architecture, gardens and nourishing food, the school offers a welcoming space to connect with nature, community and oneself.

A time to honour all that life brings, to meet ourselves more deeply, to let go of what is ready to be released and welcome what is yet to come. To support each other through the unknown, to dance, laugh, share, and celebrate the beauty of being alive!
Come as you are, with all that you carry, and join us in welcoming a new cycle of life together.
MIGLE & WIND
The retreat will be held by Migle and Wind, a married, tantric & shamanic power couple who share a united vision for life and walk the path of the Heart together. They have been part of the Durga’s Tiger School community for several years, teaching, facilitating retreats and trainings, and supporting people through different forms of inner work and transformation. Their way of working brings together a balanced integration of the feminine and masculine, softness and strength, structure and freedom, depth and play. They create spaces where people can feel supported to meet themselves honestly, go deeper into their experience, and at the same time connect with life, with each other and with the joy of being here.
Anthropologist, E-RYT 500 Kaula Tantra Yoga & Sivananda Yoga teacher, Neo-Shaman and ceremonial guide.
Wind has studied various shamanic traditions from all around the world, including the A’í-Cofán tradition, in which he became an apprentice of the master shaman Don Avelino Quenama in 2009. From him, he received the feather crown and the blessing to lead Yagé (Ayahuasca) plant medicine ceremonies. He bridges yogic and shamanic traditions, offering safe, grounded and transformative spiritual experiences.
Malin Wind Disse was born in Berlin, Germany, and has lived in Ecuador since the age of three, apart from a few years spent in Switzerland. He graduated with a degree in Anthropology in Ecuador and later pursued advanced studies in Migration Management in Germany.
Beyond his spiritual and academic work, Wind loves extreme sports and playing music as a DJ at festivals.
A Lithuanian-born yogini, artist, and space holder, Migle carries a deep longing for truth and transformation. With roots in experimental filmmaking and a journey from depression to devotion, she has spent recent years immersed in Tantra Yoga, Shamanism, embodiment practices, dance and integration. A graduate of Durga’s Tiger School, she now guides others through Kaula Tantra Yoga and Durga’s Tiger Dance, holds spaces for women through Kali Durga Dance Rituals and Yoni Shakti Womb Yoga, and offers Somatic Integration of sacred Medicine journeys.
